PRIVACY NOTICE

Clicking SUBMIT at the end of this form signifies that the client has been informed that:

Excelerate will need to collect and hold your personal data.

Your data is collected for the purposes of training requirements and allows us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is held securely and is only ever shared if we are legally required to do so. We may be legally required to share data with the DVLA, and other Government bodies.

Data is held for a period of seven years following the completion of your training.

You may request copies of data we hold on you by making a request in writing. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

If you have any concerns about the way your data is held or processed you should contact the Data Protection Office at Excelerate. If you are unhappy with our response you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
